8. Exercise at least 4 times/week.

I did good this month!  Only one week where I exercised three times, versus four times (FYI, I count my week as Wednesday through Tuesday, since I weigh in on Tuesday nights!) SO proud of myself!  Anyone else use the cheesy sticker method for motivation?  I have it hanging in front of where I work out and it does help to see all those happy smiling faces!
